ByteForth operates as a creative software studio providing services including, but not limited to, SaaS Product Development, AI Automation integrations, Full Stack System engineering, and Cloud Architecture deployment. Specific project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in separate, mutual agreements or contracts prior to the commencement of any work.

By submitting an inquiry through our website's contact form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. ByteForth reserves the right to refuse service or decline project inquiries at our sole discretion. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, but do not guarantee immediate response times.

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a signed project contract, ByteForth retains the intellectual property rights to pre-existing codebases, libraries, and proprietary architectures used during the development process. Client-specific IP transfers will be handled strictly via individualized project contracts.
